We live near there and it's a nice get away. Across the river is a outfitter that rents kayaks. They will take you upriver and you drift back to the cg.

We live in Bluffton and tent camped here 2 or 3 times a year. Havent seen ranger Larry in over 2 years. Now that we have the trailer we'll be back several times a year. We would canoe the river and spend Thursday night on the sand bar and then pull out and spend Saturday and Sunday in Colleton.
