Back Flush System for TT

I was just curious if there was a more permanent back flush system to install on the TT for gray and black tanks??
I know of the Camco back flush system the you take one and off. I would entertain something more permanent if there is such a thing. All the research I have done says no.

Do you mean a flush system that mounts in the tank itself rather than the wand type that goes in through the toilet? There are several brands. One is call Tornado or the like. They do require cutting into the black tank so doing so when the tank is new is more pleasant than when it is well used.

The only thing that has to be removed once installed is the hose. I used on of those coil hoses for flushing.

I had one on my trailer or 6 years with no problem.

I did not install one in my grey tank, only black. A couple of times a season I just put a sanitizer pellet in the grey tank.

That is precisely what I was looking for. I am going to take a look at one today. I have new trailer on order and would love to install one of these once I get it. Thanks for the feedback.

I installed the Camco Quickie Flush. It works great. Very similar to the Tornado, but no moving parts to break. Also, it is a very easy DIY install.

Very easy other than the mental angst of cutting into the black tank, Clubhouse! Lol
Glad to help, Wolverine. You will not be sorry you took the time to install the tank flush.

I was happy to see that my new trailer came with one.

I have the tornado and it is great. Right on about cutting a brand new tank...makes you a little nervous! Im not sure mine spins that much anymore, but it sure gets the gunk out. I have a small clear pipe on my discharge so I can check (yeah gross but necessary) and when I turn it on.... that sucker on it works!

I also have the Quickie Flush. I beats the down-the-toilet wand hands down!

Of all the mods I have made this was one of the easier ones.

Where have you mounted the hose connection for the flush? (Guess why I'm asking )
