Campside Fridge Use

We've had our 2021 166FBS through five outings. We recently pulled out the campside, exterior refrigerator. We realized that we are very unlikely to ever camp with hookups which makes this 120VAC refrigerator of little use. It seems out of place in a trailer that seems designed for boondocking. Right now we are using the space to store our Camp Chef oven while traveling. Wondering if anybody uses this refrigerator, and what other people who have removed the refrigerator use this exterior storage space for.

I've read where many use it for cold drinks, to cut down on the in-and-out in the TT. Some had hookups, and some used a genny. Storage sounds like the perfect reason to take out a fridge you don't use anyway.

We do 99% of our cooking outside. We use our exterior fridge to keep our regularly used food items while we are camping, eggs, butter, bacon, cheese, etc. Saves a lot of the in and out traffic during food prep for us.

We will be removing our mini fridge. It will be used in the house as an additional beverage fridge.

The space where the fridge was will be used for additional storage.

Those mini A/C fridges are cheap (~$100). Jayco and others include them as an advertising extra, for little cost.

I will primarily boondock, so I pulled mine out and use the space for storage. I have a Wave heater that goes there along with my grilling accessories and a bin for misc items.

We have learned that we mostly boondock as well and have since removed the fridge as it was mostly useless to us, now sits in my den as a soda water holder.

We use that space to store our generator, wood blocks used for stabilizer jacks, our chairs (folding ones from Front Runner), and all of our electrical cords etc.. still have some room to spare. I eventually might put an inverter in here and batteries and make a shelf that the generator can still go on. I am also looking under the couch for storage options for the inverter/batteries though.
