I have back right tire going bald. Other 3 are good. My jayco ultralite has maybe three thousand miles. I was wondering if axel is bad or tires?

You've prolly fallen off side of road with trailer, hit hole, and bent that end of the axel. Common problem.
If your mechanically inclined cheapest way to fix is order axel off web or tractor supply or other. Swap them out. Takes about 30 min with help...not fun without extra hand.
