Cool Skylark maintenance questions

We've had a 2011 21FKV for about 2 years and love it. This is our first trailer - been tent campers for decades. Did a 4" lift so goes in the woods easier and we have it out a lot. But looking for some thoughts from other owners.

1 - as a single axel I get a bit anal about tires & such. Got the new Goodyear 10ply so like them. But wondering how often others repack wheel bearings?

2 - AZ gets its share of sunshine so thinking of getting a cover/bag for those days it's not on the road. Anyone have one or looked into getting one?

3 - shower has two knobs. Has anyone converted that to a single lever to make getting shower temp right easier?

Thanks for the help and any other thoughts/guidance you can give

My axles are the easy lube type and they recommend greasing every 10,000 miles. Pull your hub cap off and if you see a rubber plug under it your axles are likely the easy lube type.

when you do grease the Ez-lube hubs be sure to turn them slowly, otherwise the seal will pop and it will get into the brake assembly
