If it is in fact just the 'bow wave effect' from passing vehicles and not a sway issue, then try this: When you see a semi coming up from behind, maintain your speed (don't slow down) but move to the right (within your lane) creating a little more distance between you and the passing semi. Semi drivers know about the 'bow wave', and in many cases they will move to their left a little when passing RV's.
The thing is to anticipate that little 'tug', and in most cases you won't have to steer your TV away from the passing semi. If you get caught off guard by a passing semi, maintain your speed and keep your TV/TT traveling in a straight line.
A properly adjusted WDH and adequate sway control will minimize the 'bow wave' effect.
