2016 Jayflight freshwater tanks

I am hooked up to city water. A few months ago I knew the fresh water tanks were empty. The other day I happened to check the water level in the fresh water tank. It showed that it was full. I had not out any water in. I thought that the gage could be not working so I turned the city water off and turned on the water pump for 5 minutes. It was registering 2/3 full. Turned off the water pump and on the city water. Later on my tank is now full. How is the tank getting full? I do have two fresh water tanks. The second was one of the packages that was offered. Thanks

Some pumps allow leak back. I will bet this is what is happening to your tank.. Since you are still probably under warranty I would take it in and have the dealer replace the pump.
