Converting low flow to high flow trailer propane

I have a portable grill that I want to connect to the camper propane tanks. Instead of removing the grill regulator and adding the quick connect fittings I wondered if anyone has converted the trailer to a high flow line for the grill. I know that I would have to replace the low flow quick connect fittings on the trailer. I guess I would also have to add a tee to one of the tanks. Any other suggestions?

Are you asking if you can remove the low flow regulator from where the tanks are and run the whole trailer on high flow? Sorry if I don’t understand what you are asking.

You may be asking if you can run a high flow split before the regulator at the tanks and down the trailer to the quick connects. That workable but the hoses would cost way more than the mod to the grill.

Camco makes a kit with a "t" and 12' hose for doing just that. Item# CAM59143

Thanks for the reply. I was talkin g about using a separate line and a tee before the regulator. Just for the outdoor grill.

I T both my tanks and run HP lines to the BBQ grill and the Coleman burners. Works like a charm, and with enough line, you can place them anywhere. I'm not nuts about grilling right under the TT window where my QC is anyway.

I use the same Camco unit that @Grumpy suggests.
