Dimming LEDs

Has anyone put a dimmer on their LEDs?
I'm thinking of both the internal and external lights.

Thanks!

Why would you not be able to replace the on/off toggle switch currently in place with a dimmer switch?

I looked at that dimmer.
My concern is the exposed wires. I would have to have some sort of box I guess.

With LED’s the dimmer needs to be connected to the negative wire going to the lamps. It needs to be a dedicated negative going nowhere but the lamps to be dimmed so you can’t just replace the toggle switch. Google LED dimmer schematics.
