@eagleback I have roughly 2 inches of room behind my Thetford style 2 toilet. I’m hoping that is enough room for the Dometic 320 to fit.
I successfully swapped out my Thetford for a 310 Dometic several years ago with no problems. I read until I was blue in the face and wore out a tape measure checking everything. I was also worried about a bathroom door clearance.
It worked perfectly. The only thing I would change is to adapt the water connection to use a braided supply hose. I added a cutoff valve for my convenience which is a good little mod.

Regarding the frig issue; flip it either off or to electric. Then ensure your propane is on, and light the stove. This will purge most of the propane lines.

I do not know why, but if the propane sits in the lines for an extend period it breaks down or something, and you need to purge the lines. The easiest way to do this is to light the stove. Once the stove is lite usually the frig will light on the second initial try. As long as I am actively using the TT, I have no issues. But if I am at home, plugged into electric, propane tank turned on and have not used the gas for a number of weeks, I will have this issue again.

Your fridge has an igniter just like the water heater. Do you hear it clicking every time it attempts to light on gas? Could be the igniter acting up. I had to replace mine a few years back.

Yes I can hear it clicking each time it tries to ignite. I have a few things to check and try from everyone’s help and suggestions. Hopefully I can get to it this weekend. Thanks everyone

Figured I’d give an update. Had a rv repair man at my house this afternoon
to fix my awning that was pulling away from the wall of the RV. I had him look at my fridge and toilet also. The toilet he said I should buy a Dometic 310 or 320 and has not had much luck with the Thetford Aqua 2 that I have. The fridge he pulled all apart and blew everything out and it still wouldn’t light correctly. He ended up bending the igniter so it was closer to the orifice and now it works perfect. Charged me $75 for 2 hours and had a beer with me lol.
Thanks for all the help

We purge the gas line every time we switch or go directly to propane. Usually lights just fine then on the first try. Was advised to do this on initial walk through but also did so on prior TT.
