Generator Prep

The DW and I are contemplating getting a generator and I am wondering how our 377 is prepped for one? I know that we have the prep package but where are the wires? How would I hook it to a generator? I'm finding nothing in my owners manual.

Not sure I understand your ? A generator is basically an alternative to a shore power hookup. The generator will supply AC power to the RV. There is no special prep, you just plug your RV's pigtail into the generator and your are good to go.

There was another thread about how easy it was to install the Onan generator into the generator prep.
Was basically plug and play.
They had to install the exhaust pipe though.

Everything should be in the front compartment under the goose neck. ( junction box for connecting the geny to) The transfer switch is already in and wired and the control wiring should be behind your power panel.
