Generator question?

Purchased a used Champion 1500W generator last night for $50. Good little gen and I basically only need it to recharge the batteries when dry camping.

My question is being that it has a 10 amp circuit breaker would it supply enough power to run the microwave provided everything else is off?

eh.. ballpark 1100 watt microwave pulls 10ish, plus light and turntable add about 2-3 more. If I remember right.. yours should be around 700 watt, should pull about 9-10 amps with light and turntable.

There will be a surge when the microwave kicks in, the gen may or may not hold it.. Should by the numbers, but best thing is just to try it out.
