This video has been posted before. It is a great video showing the importance of weight distribution along the length of a trailer.
It shows how the fulcrum at the trailer hitch can really jerk a TV around.
Where it lacks is the physics of size of trailer to size of TV, length of wheel base, the vertical fulcrum at the trailer axles.

Just looking at it for the first time, it seems that perhaps there is too much weight on the front...would that cause issues with the tow bar?

To much weight up front can cause stress on a weight distribution hitch, and/or the vehicle hitch. It can weigh down the rear of the TV, making the front end light and effect your steering. There are so many factors which can affect towing and vehicle operation.
