How to install a TV in the entertainment center of a Jay Flight 242BHS SLX

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum. So, hello to all you camp veterans. I was hoping I could get some info on installing a swivle mount in the entertainment center in my new Jayco Jay Flight 242BHS SLX.

Is the wall reinforced to add a mount? or is that something I might have to do myself?

Thank you in advanced as I do genuinely appreciate the help.

Someone with this model can answer specifically but in general if no mount is installed jayco puts a sticker identifying the reinforced mounting point. If there is an existing mount installed you can replace in that location. Otherwise if your dealer can't assist jayco customer support is good about getting you the build information from your VIN. Good luck!

Thank you for that info. I have tried to contact the dealer but they so far, have been late to reply.
I will however, take your advice and contact Jayco.

Thank you again

I am in a slightly different but similar position. We just bought our first trailer (32BHDS) and I want to get at the cables in the back.

Anyone have any suggestions about how to take an existing TV off the swivel ?

Aren't there screws holding the bracket onto the TV?

There probably are screws but the mirror and related frame prevent me from getting at the back
