Jayco Wi-Fi Prep? How to Improve my Wi-Fi?

My new Jayco has Wi-Fi Prep, is this same as a Wi-Fi Booster? I go to state camp grounds and they have poor Wi-Fi and I sometimes need to do work while camping so I am looking for ways to improve my Wi-Fi connection.

Thank you for your help.

WiFi is only as good as the weakest link. And it's generally not very good in private campgrounds, and non-existent in most state and federal CGs. When you do find it's often throttled to prevent people from streaming. If you need WiFi for working then the best thing you can do is get your own hotspot.

What Doc said - if you need WiFi for *work*, and I mean *need* it, then right now only cellular is the viable option.

We're hoping that LEO satellite internet (like StarLink) will be coming within months. Then we'll switch to that.

You simply cannot rely upon campground WiFi for work. If there was a Starbucks within range, then maybe...
