Jaycommand Thermostat Broken?
Trailer area is warm / hot - feels like 20 C at least. Set at 10C and still running. Panel says room temp is 5 C (clearly wrong). App shows 5 C on setting and 25 C on app menu.
Any ideas?

Since you provide no information on what this is installed in, I can only tell you how it works in my rig...see my signature...very helpful to have your signature filled out or give more details when asking questions.
From the Jaycommand BmPRO node wires run to a small temperature sensor. You should check wiring and possible swap with another good sensor to verify this issue is with the sensor it self.

Thanks for the tip. It’s a 2022 Jayfeather 24RL (added to signature).
It’s a new trailer and I have it booked for some warranty work and this will be added to the list.
The BMPro panel I have (the small version) shows the lower temperature that clearly wrong. The strange part is the higher temp on the top of the app. How can they have two different readings?

The top temp 25 is outside temp...can be way off if the sensor is in the sun.
The 5 is the inside temp and the 10 is what you have the heater set to.

Ahhh
They have the sensors swapped *♂️.
We turned off the furnace earlier today and now at night it’s reading 6C outside and 0 C inside. The exterior temp was rising while the furnace was on.

easy fix to swap wires at node...5 min job if it is accessible.

After some exploring found the BMPro control panel behind a false wall behind the toilet.
Simple swap of the wires and all good.
On a side note they should have put this in the TV cabinet. Wasted the rest of this corner in the bathroom. Already have plans to add a door to hide the brooms etc.

Too funny, just brought my new trailer home Monday and today figured I would run the furnace while moving in everything from the old trailer. well, yep same problem! so looks like tomorrows project is to "find the node"
Anyone with a 32bh already found it? thanks for the post too I was wondering why they would put the inside temperature at the top of the app :-(

I would start looking close to the control panel. Mine was hidden in a corner panel in the wall behind that.
