Slide issue 2019 North point 315rlts

Help! Our #2 slide is stuck. 1 wall motor is not coming on. Slide is fully extended.. Cannot find controllers for kitchen slide to reset. Found bedroom slide controller in main garage. Look behind all panels, look underneath camper, we need help. Need to get this in we r leaving site today. Help!

Anyone know where the controller for slide 2 is.

What kind of slide? There are 4 different kinds.
Bil has 3 slides on his new Eagle. Each is different.

Does it have gear tracks top and bottom on each end panel? That's a swinteck.
Geared tubes underneath.. Rack and pinion
Cables top and bottom each end

Hydraulic cylinders underneath

Each is controlled differently

2019 NP Kitchen side sounds like a schwintec. I’ve read where some have the side controller behind the aft basement wall panel on the basement ceiling somewhere.

I believe the kitchen slide on that camper is the Slim Rack. I have the same unit. The controller for that slide on my camper is on the ceiling next to the wet bay. Controller may have the number 366701 on it.
