Trav'ler interface box error won't connect

I made a previous post on Class A category regarding problems with factory wiring. The factory wiring under the roof had male data wire connector, same as dish (SK-1000). I was able to hook up the dish and interface box just using my old data cable from old RV. Just wanted to try it to make sure it would work.

It worked like a charm, found all 3 satellites, stowed fine. Did this several times. Then next time I try I my box says "no antenna communication" , "antenna connect failed", when turned box off "antenna unknown failure", "Stow failure", "stow unknown".

Internet says it points to a bad cable, however I checked continuity in cable and it's okay. Any assistance appreciated!

Thank you,
John
