It must have been a hardcopy insert. I scanned through the owners manual and find no list of products. Any chance that someone has it in pdf format or a link to the same list?

I have heard and read that as well. Apparently that is similar to the product that they are treated with before being boxed and shipped to the RV manufacturers.

Yep, that's the stuff my wife picked up. Using it reminds me of shaving cream fights. The second time I went to use it the nozzle had become partially blocked so it shot the mess at about a 90 degree angle from aim. I was inside the RV when that happened.
I did the inside rubber too because I thought it would also dry out and start to breakdown over time, and it doesn't look particularly easy to replace. Besides that, my wife had a terrible cold and I was looking for chores to keep me out of the house. Found plenty.

Thetford Premium RV Slide Out Rubber Seal Conditioner # 32778.
You want to use only Non Petroleum Base Formulas seal conditioner. Petroleum base seal conditioners will cause the rubber seals to swell and can cause the slide out to stick and when it does travel you will hear squealing as the slide out travels.
The petroleum base lub will allow dust and dirt and foreign material to adhere to the rubber seals.
I use this product twice a year, at the beginning of the season and at the end.
Thetford #32778
Product Features

  • Prevents fading, cracking and deterioration
  • Long-lasting UV protection
  • Non-petroleum formula thatís tested safe (petroleum-based formulas can cause swelling, cracking or degradation of rubber seals)
  • Protective coating repels water
  • Cleans, conditions and shines
  • No wiping required
  • CFC-Free
