Great information and will be very useful to those considering the 281BHS. It still amazes me how much difference there is between the Jayco published UVW's and "from the factory" ship UVW's on some TT's ..., in the case of the 281BHS 600lbs!!
Wouldn't want to guess on your tongue weight at this point, but when you visit the CAT scale under loaded TV/TT conditions please report back on your findings.

Note: Depending on the brand/model of WDH you have now, in many cases you only have to change out the spring bars thus utilizing the existing ball mount/draw bar.
