China Bomb or Endurance Competition?

Hercules has recently released their Strong Guard ST with features leaning towards the Goodyear Endurance. While they are made in China, I will be interested to see if these turn out to be actual competition for the Endurance, or just another China bomb cheap tire.

Thus far, I only see a couple of ratings for them. One only complained of not being made in the USA. The other was five stars. I guess if I were looking at non-Goodyear replacements, I would be looking at them today. But, I really don't want to be a tester for Hercules. I suppose only time will tell whether they are viable.

They're a long time Cooper brand. As has been mentioned before, "Not always where they're made, but how".

I’ve had a set in my bay boat for about 4 years now with no issues. I realize this is completely different from an RV but I’m happy with them so far. Last time I checked though (probably a year ago) they weren’t that much different in price for a set.

Perhaps a little misunderstanding here, but these tires are pretty new regardless of ownership. This tire was only announced in June of 2022. So, there isn't a great deal of history on them today. This is more to Grump's statement of how are they made, not by whom.
