Oh I'm sure they felt it (and it's probably how the hatchback got dented). They must have decided they didn't care or more likely, "I bet we can go viral if someone would just video this!"

I used to own a trailer like this one and towed it daily for work. These rental trailers are very stable even in the santa ana winds here in so. CA. This person must be drunk and or on drugs to get this trailer over on its side and not know it.
