UVW and GVWR?
Do either of these number include the tongue weight and if so, is it with full propane tanks and battery?
Trying to make sense of the numbers.

GVWR is the maximum total of your TT.
UVW is the shipped weight of the factory without propane and battery.

But the UVW includes the tongue weight, right?

UVW = the weight of the unit as delivered from the factory.
GVWR is the amount of weight the unit should not exceed.
This article might help. You are not alone. I am studying it too..

yes it does and is listed in the brochure, but actual TW varies according to the accessories put on in the factory. And will go up when you start loading.
Sample; my empty listed TW was 540 lbs. added 2 batteries and 2- 30 lbs. propane bottles filled; filled 280 lbs. fresh water and front storage loaded. I went to 875 lbs. TW
With the WDH some will go to the front TV axle.

Ok thanks.....I have 2 propane tanks and 1 battery. No water in fresh tank so that will keep my weight down. Going to try to get to scales tomorrow if it's not raining.

If you are referring to the as-shipped UVW noted on the "yellow weight sticker" that's attached to the TT, then this UVW "includes" the weight of the LP tanks "filled" (even though they were shipped empty)...., it doesn't however include anything the RV dealer installed (i.e.; battery,etc.). The same UVW also includes the dry tongue weight.
If the RV dealer adds more then 100lbs (I believe that's the cut-off) to the TT they are required to attach an update to the "yellow sticker" (reduction in payload capacity).
The UVW noted on a brochure or web site normally doesn't include the weight of the LP tanks "filled" unless noted....., the dry tongue weight is included.
Your CAT scale results will be the most important weights.

Well that leaves me tons of loading room. Phew.....My yellow sticker says 4,475 and my tow rating is 7,200. That leaves me 2,600 to load with. All 4 of us in my family weigh a total of 480lbs. I do not load my trailer with a ton of stuff. I feel much more confident now. Phew

You also need to look at the Gross vehicle weight. includes the vehicle, tongue weight from trailer and all your passengers, cargo and fuel. You don't want your vehicle overloaded for sure. That is more typically the issue than the trailer itself. You should do three weights at the cat scale to get the full view.
Good Luck ! and enjoy !

As I mentioned, the CAT scale will tell the real weight story based on your TV/TT loading habits, and provide the most useful weight data.

GVWR of the tow vehicle and the trailer are two different capacities, each needs to be respected.
The tow capacity of your tow vehicle is different than the GVWR rating of the tow vehicle as well.
GvRW minus curb weight equals capacity for passengers and gear in the tow vehicle and the tongue weight of the trailer
GVWR minus factory weight of the trailer equals capacity for gear in the trailer.
Total trailer weight loaded with gear ( the maximum GVWR of the trailer ) should not exceed the towing limit of the towners vehicle
Tongue weight is the downward weight on the back of the tow vehicle

Again, luckily my family of 4 weighs less than 500# total so that leaves us 1,000# of cargo which I doubt I would ever use. I'm going to the scale as soon as the rain stops.

This post isn't necessarily accurate, your issue will likely be your vehicles GVWR. what is that number? What is your tow vehicle?

I was referring to the the truck's capacity. Someone made mention of not only being concerned about the TT GVWR but also the TV.

So from that ID tag, the GVWR of the truck is 6010 lbs.
It doesn't list the curb weight, but let's say it's 5000lbs for example.
That means you have 1010 lbs of capacity.
Tongue weight of the trailer + gear in the truck + passenger weight should not exceed the 1010 capacity.
The towing capacity of the same truck may be in the 7000lb range. That means that the GVWR of the trailer should not exceed 7000lbs
Many folks also think that you should have room to spare for both of these numbers

Curb weight according to nada guide is 4,518, but I will know more once I weigh it.
