Awning Arm Replacements

Hello,

A wind bent really bad my 18 Jayco Jay feather X23B awning arms. Everything else works fine. Maybe I not looking on the right places. Do you know where to find the replacement parts? Or actually know the brand, model etc?

I “think” our 23B had a Carefree awning.
My neighbor had a manual awning arm damaged and I found replacement parts on eBay. His arms had stickers with model numbers so it was pretty easy to locate what we needed.

On our Carefree the model number is on a sticker attached to the roller and the underside of the awning, visible when it is fully extended (which might be difficult if your arm is bent). The stickers are pretty well attached, both have been there since 2011.

Call Carefree of Colorado and they have ALL the info you need to get your parts.
