Big dent on trailer frame

Just noticed this (pictures attached). Is this just cosmetic or does it hurt anything structure wise?

IMO, that's a pretty critical location (looks to be right at the front wall). I would take it to a local welder and ask them to weld a bit of steel plate over the dent to strengthen that location. Should be a pretty cheap insurance.

Looks like damage of a over 90 degree backup. As said above have a welder check it over.

Thanks all. I spoke with the dealer and the service guys want to check it out for sure. Will get that done this off season (we're at a seasonal site this year).

Will try and remember to report back on what they say.

A couple of service folks that have come by guessed it was most likely cosmetic. This was the result of the forklift / bobcat backing in the trailer with the forks too tight together on a tight turning radius. One fork has the hitch ball on it, the other fork was too dang close to the other one! I had the campground manager use the forklift to back it in because there was an existing deck that I wanted to snug my camper up to. I didn't trust myself to do it as well with my tow vehicle as he could with the forklift / bobcat.

I leave my camper at a seasonal site so I'm not terribly worried about it.

The same thing happened to me I didn’t have much room to move the trailer in a parking spot and I dented it a little bit. So the structure of the trailer frame still has integrity?

I think it's probably fine. But, like I mentioned, I don't tow this thing. It was delivered to our seasonal camp site and hasn't moved since. So if you tow yours, might be best to take it somewhere to get an opinion.
