No 12V Power, Fuse Good

Good evening all,

I am (finally) taking my X23E in to have the pre-wired backup camera fixed tomorrow. Hooked my camper up to my new truck, a 2019 F-150 Lariat FX4 (model year leftover, never used for towing), and spent the next hour trying to figure out why the truck was not recognizing the camper was plugged in. After checking all the fuses, I finally crawled under the rear bumper, and discovered the 7-pin plug was not fully seated into the receptacle on the rear bumper. Fixed that problem, then discovered a new one.

No 12 volt power. Everything works when plugged in to shore power. Battery shows 12.94 regardless of whether the camper is plugged in or not. I checked the in-line fuse next to the junction box on the A-frame, and the fuse is good. Checked the circuit breakers in the inverter inside camper, and all are good. Fuses are good too.

Anyone aware of a circuit breaker that would prevent power from the battery, but allow shore power? I'm wondering if the initial loose connection at the 7-pin connector may have tripped a circuit breaker. I'm at a loss. Took a brief look around the a-frame, however it was getting dark, and I had an early start today. I'm hoping it's a simple fix; if not, I'll ask the dealer to take a look. I'd hate for it to be something obvious that I overlooked in my fatigue, frustration, and aggravation.

Thanks in advance for the advice and assistance.

Update

All is well. I apparently missed that the fuse near the junction box was blown; had tested it with my Blue Point test probe and thought for sure I had power going across the fuse.

The Furrion backup camera is also working now. Jayco owns that one, as the initial install failed to make a good connection using Scotch locks.

Glad you were able to get it all fixed up. The 7 pin connector under the truck could easily been a challenge to find that issue.
