Oven temperature in 19h

How do you tell what the temperature is in the oven? We set it for a particular setting and how do you know when it reaches that temperature?

I have an 2014 X19H too. I bought a oven temp guage from Walmart and put in inside my oven to check the proper temp.

We have one of these as well but I agree I wouldn't use mine in the summer even in the pouring rain.

Why not use in the Summer? We are in Southern California where it has been in the 90's with humidity and we have baked two buttermilk pies (we love 'em), chicken alfredo; and an egg bake. You guys are wimps!

same here. Didn't use it a lot but a few times. I don't even think it raised the temps in the trailer. The A/C was on so no worries.

What I found with cooking in the trailer.
The smell last for ever.
And It brother my nose.

I do 95% of my cooking out on the propane stove and bbq
