Please help clarify the water heater bypass valve on x17z. I see the three lines under the seat with valves, but they are not labeled. Which is the bypass valve(s) and how do I tell? AND...I want the bypass valve closed (not inline correct) and the other two open (inline)? or are their two bypass valves? and I close both of those leaving the third open? thanks.

Picture a capital H on it's side

Code:

--o--------
The two valves on the top of the legs go into/out of the the water heater. The valve in the middle allows you two bypass the water heater.

To bypass the water heater
- both valves on the legs close (perpendicular to the line)
- valve in middle open (inline with the line)

To use the water heater
- both valves on the legs open (inline with the line)
- valve in middle closed (perpendicular to the line)
