X23F first time winterizing

Good day.- had a roo before and this 2014 Jaycox23f winterized slightly diff. Turned valves to hw tank off and bi-pass is on. Next to fridge is the water pump with a tube to suck antifreeze. Turn valves to allow flow from tv antifreeze.

Last time using trailer, we uneeded on board water for first time. Filled water b4 trip. Water wasn’t pumping,we thought pump wasn’t working, but ended up losing our on board water, so thinking pump lost its prime.
So, now trying to suck antifreeze. Pump is running. Only going 1/2 up the hose. Tried filling with water to prime but may not be doing it right.

Any help??

Found the problem! Low point drain wasn’t fully closed, letting air in and preventing suction/draw. Woohoo!
