2016 264BHW Water Pump Replacement

Hey Y'all -

Water pump in my 2016 264BHW has gotten very noisy and is offering very low output. Figure it needs to be replaced. Is there a better model of pump that I can install with the existing wiring and plumbing? If so, which model should I look at?

Thanks very much.

Did you check the inlet screen to see if it's clogged or check your water filter? This might make the pump work harder and put out less flow.

I did not. I am totally new to this issue so did not know what to look for when it happened. Not at the RV currently but will be next week so that's why I was wondering what model to replace it with. RV is fairly out in the middle of nowhere so don't want to show up out there and not have a replacement if it is indeed in need of such.

Plan is to figure out what is the best model to use for an upgrade, get it, then take it with me so I have it once I am there.

Thanks for your reply!

You also might want to give the system a thorough check for a water or air leak. They tend to make a lot of noise if the lines have drained some of water or filled someplace with air.
