Atwood furnace doesn't start

Hey everyone, just looking for some input.
I own a 2015 Starcraft with an Atwood 8531-IV furnace. Last night we set it up so it would keep the temps above 60 at night. When I woke up it was quite chilly in the trailer. I tried to turn the furnace up and it didn't seem to kick in at all. I shut it off to try to reset it and all you can hear when you turn it back on is a soft whine. I read up a little about a master switch on the furnace itself and sometimes flipping that seems to help however it didn't in my case.

Once I pulled the furnace out as the board isn't accessible unless you remove it it was flashing an limit switch/air flow error. Which makes sense as the blower doesn't seem to engage. I bump started the blower motor with a 9v battery and it turns with no issues. I checked at the board and I have 13.5V coming from the positive wire, thermostat, and from the "air" connector which according to the wiring diagram comes from the sail switch and limit switch. When I turn the power on there is no power from the board out to the blower, the board just buzzs.

I believe my circuit board is toast and since I'm out camping I don't have access to parts for the rest of the trip. Looking for any insite if I've missed anything.

Edit: I should add that propane is good as the water heater, oven and fridge all work on propane.
