I live in Parker Colorado and know of the shop you are talking about.

I have never had them do any repairs for me. I priced a set of batteries for my 5th wheel trailer, but went elsewhere because they were too high on price.

I have had good service at Fox Trailer Repair in Castle Rock CO.

Did not take time to read all post, when a bearing goes out quick like that, it's 90% CHANCE THE BEARING NUT WAS WAY OVER TIGHTEN. THAT IS A COMMON MISTAKE FOR A BEGINNER OF A UNTRAINED TECH.

I also have had good service from fox trailer in castle rock. And can second the high prices at Parker trailer at least on the few things I have priced there. Haven’t been back in years though

That's lack of leadership on the part of management you have to learn somehow but with guidance that is not at the customer's expense.. I would put the blame on the owner...oops unless the worker is the owner.
