Drain freshwater tank 27BHS

So I just filled and drained the freshwater tank for the first time on a 2017 27BHS. To drain it, we turned the water pump off, opened all faucets, opened the two white low point drains by the tires, and the the two black drains under the bathroom sink. We then turned the water pump back on. We got a few drops out of the white drains, a steady trickle out of the the two black drains, and the rest was pumped into the gray tank. I'd say about 20% drained out, and 80% ended up in the gray tank. Is that normal? I would have assumed all the water would just pour out in the ground?

And on a related note, there is a bundle of wires and wire caps outside the trailer, directly under the two black drains under the sink. So the steady trickle coming out of those drenched those wires. Seems like a recipe for disaster. Do we need to be concerned about those wires?

Thanks.

No pump.
Just open faucets to vent the system, open all low point drains.
I have 80 gals of FW and probably took 30 minutes to drain.
