Exit window

The exit window above the outdoor kitchen slide shattered for no reason. I coupled up to the trailer and started to back it along side the house for a couple weeks storage. I heard a pop noise and then glass shattering and falling to the ground. I immediately stopped the truck fearing the worst that I hit the house. Nope, not even close. Trailer was at least 2' from it. Regardless, I got a broken glass.
Try to get a new one from my dealer from Jayco, just the glass with the hinge and the bottom flat hardware is $400. Fine, order it and send it. I need it now. Problem is they have no idea when itll ship out from Jayco.
Btw, this is a frameless window.
So I go online and find what looks to be a replacement in the same hole size. Again, good luck getting one. Lead time is anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on who you get it from. Absolutely ridiculous. It's a stupid piece of glass that goes in many models and different brands of trailers. I did find a place that says my dimensions are the same that fit a Keystone and should be the same but they won't guarantee the fitment. I took a chance and ordered one from them and it should be here in the next few days.
I tried local glass shops and they are a pain to deal with because they dont want to deal in tempered glass and as soon as you say "RV" then it's like a deer in headlights.
I did find a commercial guy that is getting me the glass, tempered and tinted to what I had, and same radius that my old glass was. Here THIS issue,... its just the glass. I do still have the old hinge and latch handle hardware that need to be cleaned of all the old broken glass that's still attached to it.
What do I use to attach the glass to the hardware?? Will windshield urethane work? What have you guys used?
TIA!!

I would use the type adhesive used to secure the rear view mirror mount to the windshield. Not sure if that is the urethane you are referencing.

Update;
The company I found on the internet, Tiara RV Parts, got my window from Keystone and shipped it out to me on friday via FedEx. Tracking showed I wouldnt get it until monday. It showed up on saturday evening, early. I opened the box and found it was wrapped very well and it was an entire window, screen and all.
I separated the hinge and it slid right in on my existing frame. Fit like a glove too!
Called my dealer to get a status on the one I ordered from them, still hadn't been fulfilled from Jayco. Perfect, cancel the order please. Lol!
