Half Power out

We just got a 2021 Jayco19 and only the microwave, outlets, and fan are running. No idea how to get everything else on. I've read it can be the inverter but I can't find the inverter

No much info to go on here. I would try to reset the master breakers. If this is a 50 amp service, one leg could be out either due to a breaker or power connection. If you are connected to 30 amp or 15/20 amp, all outlets should be connected to the same power feed.

Can't hurt to reset all breakers. An inverter may power some outlets but when the inverter is off, the standard 120 volt feed should supply those outlets.

Do you have a generator? If so, are the same outlets dead when it is on?

Lights, awning, slides, water pump are all 12 volt items. These would be protected by fuses. There may be a battery disconnect switch/solenoid that kills most 12 volt power.

When plugged in the converter, which converts 120 volts to 12 volts, should power all 12 volt items. When not plugged in the battery would power these things.

Not sure if the disconnect switch kills the converter feed to the items or not.
