Help with installing a PD4655L converter

I'm trying to install a PD4655L MBA converter I got from Best Converters in my 2017 23RB.

1) The first line of instructions for putting the new one in is to screw in a plastic piece where the original converter was screwed down. Unfortunately, the instructions don't say side of the plastic piece faces out towards the middle of the trailer. One side is smooth and one side has little plastic barbs. I called Randy at Best Converters and he was of no help. He didn't remember which side went where, but he said it can only go one way. But that incorrect. It can screw down either way.

2) Does the heat sink face the inside of the compartment, or does it face towards the middle of the TT. ON the WFCO converter, the heat sink was facing towards the middle of the TT. Due to having to plug the remote Charge Wizard onto the board, it makes since for the heat sink side to go in towards the back side of the compartment, but when I do that, the DC wires have to cross to the other side of the converter to go up and connect to the DC panel, and the AC wires must cross over to the other side to connect to the AC panel.

If anyone has installed on recently, can you lend me some advice.

Thanks.

No replies necessary now. Got it installed finally.

Needed to look at some You Tube videos.
