Lippert Hydraulic Leveling Jack Footpad

While inspecting a new tank heater install, I noticed that my driver's side rear jack footpad was bent. Not sure what happened but I need to remove it for replacement/repair.

While attempting to remove the bolt that holds the footpad onto the jack shaft, I noticed I was not getting anywhere, and that the tightness never seemed to lighten up. I lowered the pad a bit and saw that the jack shaft spins when I attempt to remove the bolt. Any tips on getting that bolt out? Strap wrench? Tricks of the trade?

Job Completed

Impact wrench worked fine.

A bit of a delay due to parts just arrived yesterday and I did not have enough clearance to use my pneumatic. I borrowed a cordless impact and backed my rig off my driveway where there was a bit of a slope. Once the rig was positioned, it took me two minutes to get the old one removed and have the new one installed.

Thanks for the recommendation/direction.
