Replace vent fan blades-- how to OPEN up vent to replace?

Edit:
Pictures are 2 reply posts below this one!! Thanks

Hi,
Here are pictures of my vent fan in my TT small bathroom. I am trying to figure out how to actually access that space to replace the fan blade. This is just a very simple vent that has a hand lever to open/close the vent lid and a switch on the wall to turn on the fan motor.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks so much!

Take off the handle and there should also be two screws. Once you remove the two screws the screen should drop down.
