Television lift

Our motorized lift now has a broken jack screw. I have no info on who made it and Jayco doesn't know either, duh ! Has anyone replaced theirs and if so what brand. It's for a 50in and is mounted to the back wall.
I am going to attemp repair with a sleeve and drill thru the shaft and put a cotter pin. I would have to get the mount out to weld and at this point if I go to that much trouble will install a new lift. We have had trouble with the shear pin once befor.

Can you post a pic of the lift?
A gear (plastic) in our lift broke on the ‘13 Eagle Premier 5th. I contacted Jayco and they informed me it was from SMITH RICHARDS TV LIFT SYSTEM. Was able to purchase a replacement lift from them. New one has all metal gears, replacement gears were not available.

Because our previous 5ver was broken into 3 times, we no longer leave items in the trailer. And that means we do not use the lift - trying to get the television off/on was too much of a pain in the rear. We close the lift door and place the television on top. We did drill a hole in the mount door for the wires to come up through. And when we park the unit after camping, DW raises the lift so those looking for something good to steal will see an empty spot - she is hopeful it works.

Thanks for the info. Smith made the motor & shaft but not the complete lift on our 2011. They made me a deal on a whole lift . The shat alone was $49 & lift was only 139. If this one breaks will just get a stand next time.

TV Lift

I have a 2019 Pinnacle with the NON-motorized TV lift. It is VERY hard to push it back down into the cabinet. Does anyone know if there is some type of adjustment that can be made to make it easier? Thanks in advance, Rick

I got the new lift yesterday and went to the farm this after noon & installed. Totally different lift. Forgot my phone, will get some pics later.. I am going to have to use a router on the riser door to make a groove around the tv, door need another 1/4 in to close fully. Project for another day.
