Wrinkled roof repair

We just purchased our new 2015 White hawk 27' travel trailer in June, after alot of research. We have used it once for a 4 day weekend. Only 2 or 3 small items needed to be repaired but we noticed a couple protrusions up high on the front we asked about. It was a factory defect when the cabinets above the bed were installed. They advised us it needed to be repaired because they would eventually rub holes in the front wall. So it was left with them and finally 6 weeks later we picked it up. When checking the roof we found wrinkles all the way across on the seam line (like gathers in fabric) and one pretty good crease, plus messing caulking around the seal covering the seam. Since I haven't seen a roof prior to this is this normal or shoddy workmanship?

The rubber should be flat and smooth. The messy looking caulk is normal.

Dicor caulking will wrinkle EPDM roofing material. It will get a little better once the caulking has cured but unlikely it will ever be flat.

I have bubble/wrinkles on top of my slides and was told to leave it alone..it won't hurt anything. But truth be told, every time I get on the roof to clean..it urks the heck out of me. They said they'd have to cut the material and rebond it and said they wouldn't guarantee the waterproofness of the slide roofs. Stupid huh?

We think over time and actually Camping World hated to but they even thought that the movement of the camper when traveling could eventually cause damage to the roof. It's being repaired again so we'll see what happens. It won't be going home with us if its still not right
