As a last update to complete this thread, I have it all fixed and working, thanks to craigrv and others.

I bought the wrong solenoid, and was corrected and led to the correct one by craigrv. I bought the OEM connect/disconnect switch, and installed that by the stairs where it belonged. The 3 hot leads are all connected to the right side large post solenoid, and the coach battery's hot (+) lead is on the left side large post. Small solenoid post is where the brown lead from connect/disconnect switch is. One red lead with fuse is for the cab radio and smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector connects to.
