2016 greyhawk 31FK review

Hello, I am close to purchasing a used 2016 Greyhawk 31 FK and was wondering if any owners of this motorhome could tell me how they liked it. Thank you very much!

We purchased our 2016 31FK new and took delivery in April 2016. We have put over 10,000 miles on it and stayed in it approx 100 nights over the past two years. We really love it and are extremely happy with our decision on this model after tons and tons of research and dealer visits.

I have 2012 31 bunk house model. We found that the overall build quality is much better than competitors. We had the dealer add the automatic levelers. Really helps to stabilize the unit. One note is we purchased Class C due to amount of bed space. We didn't take into consideration you need space to live, visit and eat. To do it over again I would have purchased a class A bunk model. We would have had so much extra space to visit with friends and family. Think though how you will use it and how many people will be in it.

We have one. Many things we like about it, a handful we don't. We've got 20K miles on it over two years of hard use and it's held up well.
