2017 Seneca 37FS Electrical Issues

I have been experiencing an electrical problem with my new Seneca.
The power steps and the motorized power cord reel do not work unless I am powered up with 110 volts, either from the land line or the generator.
Any ideas on what to check here...fuses?...wiring....? Thanks!

Sounds like the chassis fuse. The fuse is on the positive terminal of the chassis batteries and when tripped will not allow steps to move. Pull drivers side panel off and look for small fuse switch. Reset it and it should work. Click image for larger version
