I was joking about the tile. I don't want tile because of the weight and I know I would find some way to crack it.
Funny thing about GVW. You say the Seneca has a GVW of "only" 33K. My current trailer has a GVW of about 7,500 and my F150 has a GVWR of 7,000. The Seneca with 33K has me going WOW! I guess all a matter of perspective.
I do enjoy these covesations on the forum.

We were at the factory Wednesday for a tour and found out the two big changes coming in 2018 models. The linoleum flooring is tile looking. DW would have preferred wood looking floor.
Going to a removable Garmin control panel in the dash. It's the RV version for navigation.
Going to a new instant hot water heater (Truma)

My DW wants to know the color of the "tile". I am happy to hear of the other changes. Are you saying the tile because of our previous conversation?

Curious on the truma model they are going to be installing. The basic model doesn't have freeze protection, some thing that is needed up in new england. As long as it one of the higher models, it will be a great improvement. I guess a call to Jayco is in order. Does anyone have a contact, I got an email from someone there but they have not responded to any of my emails. Congrats on everyone picking up their rigs in the next month or two, hopefully not too far behind.

I noticed that I have a picture of the flooring from the tour. It's on a roll right behind the unit.

Ok, we can live with that flooring, especially since it is what is. Not very impressive looking when their naked, are they? And what's with the spaghetti in the rear. Funny how that flatbed delivery truck will morph into a motorhome. Thank you for posting. And yes, I would like to see any other photos you have from the tour.

I can't believe you are going to make me wait until Monday.
Just kidding. Any thing you can provide anytime will be great. I am just starting the waiting game and man this hasn't been this bad since I was a kid waiting for Christmas. 12 weeks is a long time. Thanks for sharing.

We have a 2015/2016 37FS and it has a tile, marble looking floor tile.

Yes... the same on our 15/16 36FK but it is separate tiles... not a linoleum sheet that looks like tile.

That spaghetti is where all the wiring home runs to. It will end up in the fuse panel/transfer switch, under your bed once those items get installed later down the line.

WOW! Great shots, thanks. I'm not sure now if I like seeing these or not. Did you walk away impressed or "oh, that's how they do it?".
I know the one pictured is not mine since I ordered the theatre seating.
Very cool. Thank you for posting.

I think we would all say "if we were building it we would....." As an electrician, I would want to see the wiring tied up in neat bundles, but I understand the process they go through. Very interesting when you see this process that there isn't much to these units.

Yeah, me too. I guess I understand why they plunk things in "backwards" and put the walls/framing in last. But I can imagine a few added problems from doing so.
The slide is built the way I'd have expected it to be.
Interesting.
