2020 Greyhawk Soundstream radio won’t turn on!

De-winterizing my 2020 Greyhawk 30z to get ready for camping season. The chassis battery was dead so I put a battery charger on it for a bit and she fired up. Ever since then the soundstream in dash radio will not turn on! All other systems seam to be working except the driver and passenger overhead readying lights. No other electrical issues noted. I Checked all the fuses in the chassis near the brake pedal and they were fine. Looking for any advice.

Just for kicks and giggles, is the house battery disconnect switch activated? Most if not all RV's radio's operate on both the cab and house battery. Maybe yours is not wired this way, or a previous owner changed it.

Does the radio work while the engine is running? Check the house 12V fuses also. There is a fuse for the radio there.

No, it will not come in any circumstance. Engine off, on, or with house power. Super frustrating.

I have NO idea if this will help, and I have a Jensen - but when my Jensen went on the fritz, I was able to revive it only after disconnecting BOTH batteries for a couple of minutes. Hard disconnect of chassis and house. Just a random thought.

Locate your Battery Disconnect Solenoid which will be near the coach battery(s) and check the two fuses that are located on that solenoid. I seem to remember that the right fuse 7.5a powers the radio on mine. Even though mine is older, this could be the same on yours. ~CA

I suspect you have checked everything I would check and now need to move on to the next thing to check which is more challenging. What I would do at this time, is pull the radio and check for power at the radio. If it does have power there then the radio could be bad, if it doesn't have power then you could back track from there. I have seen radios with fuses in the rear panel of the radio and I have also seen inline fuses at the radio and not too mention most if not all Jayco motorhomes have a special "Diode harness" located near the radio that is supposed to allow the radio to be powered by either the coach or chassis battery(s). ~CA
