Can I rotate the toilet flange?

I have a 2020 Jayco Redhawk 31F and want to replace the toilet with a more residential-like RV toilet from Dometic. Only one problem... the flange doesn't exactly let the toilet sit at a 45 degree angle, so it won't fit.

So my question is... is it possible to rotate the flange so that the toilet can sit at a 45 degree angle? Or do I have to return my $25o throne?

Take a look at this device, its available at Home Depot. You can place it over the old flange and position the bolts where ever you need them. https://www.danco.com/product/hydroseat-flange-repair/

The flange most likely screws into the drain pipe. Unscrew the flange from the floor and move it where you want and screw it back in.
