Can I rotate the toilet flange?

I have a 2020 Jayco Redhawk 31F and want to replace the toilet with a more residential-like RV toilet from Dometic. Only one problem... the flange doesn't exactly let the toilet sit at a 45 degree angle, so it won't fit.

So my question is... is it possible to rotate the flange so that the toilet can sit at a 45 degree angle? Or do I have to return my $25o throne?

Take a look at this device, its available at Home Depot. You can place it over the old flange and position the bolts where ever you need them.

The flange most likely screws into the drain pipe. Unscrew the flange from the floor and move it where you want and screw it back in.
