Check for cracks in the caulking!

2016 Greyhawk. De-winterized, sanitized, spring cleaned, changed the oil in the generator.

Washed the beast and noticed that I have some significant gaps in the caulking where water could easily come in.

Just a word of advice - give your coach a good look over every spring!!!

Good advise! Seams like the older the camper, the more caulking cracks I find, each time I check.

I also eternabonded my roof last weekend. Hopefully the roof is rock solid forever.

That's our choice, also. Cover all caulked seams with "eternabond" right over the old caulking. Ends the problem of shrinkage and cracking.
