Exit window

Just a general question about the exit window on a redhawk 22a. The window has 2 small red latches and no screen. I would like to be able to use the window the concern is if I open the window will it fall out? I cannot tell if it is hinged. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is this the back bedroom window? I am not familiar with your model but mine will open, does not fall out but without the screen bugs can come in (we have few here so I don't worry about that).

Yes, the back bedroom. Thank you for your reply. I will have to try and open it and see what happens

Does your Exit window swing out from the bottom? The first time I opened mine, the window was stuck to the rubber and I had to give it a hard rap by hand on the bottom to break the seal loose. i have had mine all the way open and never fell out.

I opened my back window during the Pre-buy inspection....The sales guy warned me they are really hard to get closed. I'm a pretty mechanical person and relatively strong. I'm thinking how hard can it be to get closed.....Well it opened no problem.....I could not get it closed and locked with the red handles. The sales guy had to get the shop to do it. I asked them how they got it to lock closed..... 1 person was on the outside pushing the window hard and another person on the inside pulling and latching. I've never opened it since.
