Fuel economy gage for cummins 6.7L on Freightliner Chassis

Does anyone have one of these. Most all I can find are made for cars and pickups not trucks. If you have or know where to get something like this please let me know.

There are two types of "economy gauges" that I know about:
1) A vacuum gauge that has an indicator of "economy". It's really measuring vacuum. As you've got a diesel, this ain't it. This is typical of some Mercedes and BMW's, older than mid 90s..

2) A MPG gauge, which is calculated. If you've got an OBD-II connector, there are lots of ways to get MPG that range from about $30 for a dongle and a smart-phone app to several hundred dollars for a stand alone "computer" that plugs into the OBD-II port.

mpg monitor

Aware of the automotive ones. They are rectangular plugs. The truck obd is round. Any further thoughts?

Can you give year and model? That motor traces to 2007+ for me.. Want to make sure that's right. The big trucks have different connectors and I don't want to steer you wrong.

The OBD plug looks like this:

Indications that the Scan Gauge "D" from "Camping World" works with ISB 340 6.7L Cummins - via the round diagnostic port. Looks like your DP doesn't do OBD-II, which apparently is typical.. (and something I'm not that familiar with).

Thanks, scan gage d will work. found it on line after cummins said their road relay is $1100 plus install. now it does more stuff but not worth the price in my book.
