generator while driving

I used my propane to power my fridge on my last road trip, now I'm wondering about running my generator to power my fridge and coach a/c and maybe use my microwave while driving. I have the Cummings Onan 4K onboard generator. Which wattage numbers should I use to calculate draw, running or starting, and how much generator capacity could I use on a constant basis?

You can run all of the above....just like being on shore power.

When the AC kicks in, that's when it draws a lot of power. Once running, it draws less. At least that's what the soft start gadget says.

I've ran the AC and microwave simultaneously many times. I think there was one time the breaker tripped. I had the refrigerator, AC, and microwave at the same time. It could've been the AC coming back on while using the microwave.

We run our generator all the time to power our roof AC here in Arizona. Although, my propane tank is under the same space and if it's really hot while I'm running the generator, the propane tank will vent. I added heat shielding around the tank, which helps, but doesn't completely solve the problem when it's 110+.
